The majority of my practice is devoted to representing people charged with Traffic Offenses.  I have been in private practice for over 15 years; most of that time in Traffic Court.  So long in fact, that some Court personnel refer to me as the "Mayor of Traffic Court" (unofficially).

I received my Bachelor of Science degree, from the University of Colorado in 1989 and Juris Doctor degree, from Saint Thomas University School of Law, in 1993. From 1994-1999, I was an Assistant Public Defender in the 13th Judicial Circuit. I represented indigent clients accused of crimes as both a line attorney and then a Lead Trial Attorney.
